Executive Intensive

This is a short, high impact engagement designed to identify and resolve what is preventing a critical initiative from delivering.
It is used where execution is under pressure, outcomes are unclear, or progress has slowed despite significant effort. This engagement is typically brought in when:
  • A key initiative is underperforming or stalling
  • Leadership or team alignment is unclear or inconsistent
  • Conflicting priorities are slowing execution
  • There is high activity, but limited measurable progress
  • Delivery risk is increasing
You leave with a clear understanding of what is not working and why, where misalignment is occurring, and a focused plan to accelerate execution and deliver measurable outcomes.

Advisory By Retainer

The Executive Advisory Retainer provides ongoing, direct access to Melanie’s thinking, challenge, and guidance for CEOs and senior leaders navigating complex change, multiple priorities, or sustained transformation.
Where the Intensive is used to resolve a specific issue, the Retainer is designed to support you over time, ensuring alignment is maintained and execution continues to deliver as conditions evolve. This engagement is typically used where:
  • Multiple strategic initiatives are underway at once
  • The organisation is navigating ongoing or complex transformation
  • Leadership decisions carry significant risk or consequence
  • There is a need for consistent external challenge and perspective
  • Alignment and execution need to be sustained, not just reset
You have direct, ongoing access to Melanie to test thinking and challenge assumptions at leadership level. Work through complex decisions before they impact execution. Identify emerging misalignment early and maintain clarity across priorities and direction. Be supported to ensure execution continues to reflect strategy/leadership intent.
