He Who Leads

A Three Part Leadership Intensive Series

Three Transformational 2-Day Experiences | June - November 2026 Novotel Auckland Airport | Accommodation Included

A three-part professional leadership reset for senior leaders, CEOs, founders, executives and business owners navigating complex leadership loads.

This series introduces Melanie's latest body of work, the Geometric Leadership System™. This is not entry level leadership work. This is for those who have already built capacity, who know how to lead functionally and are now seeking depth, sustainability and clarity on how to lead under pressure and with impact, at work, at home and in life.
He Who Leads is a bold, three-part series of two-day intensives for men who are ready to lead with depth, strength and clarity under pressure, in relationships and through change.
Each intensive is a complete experience on its own. Attend one, or commit to all three to transform how you lead in every area of life. While core frameworks will be led by Melanie, select retreats may include additional facilitators to deepen the space.
Does this sound familiar? You are carrying what most people don't see:
  • Business growth
  • Strategic decisions
  • People and culture dynamics
  • Financial responsibility
  • Stakeholder pressure
  • Family commitments
The reality is as your leadership expands, so does the complexity you are holding. Not just operationally, but personally. This isn’t about skills, this is about capacity. Leadership strain isn’t always obvious. It shows up as:
  • The slow build of decision fatigue
  • The constant balancing act between work and home
  • Quiet withdrawal or rising frustration under pressure
  • A sense that you are always 'on' but rarely fully present
You have simply outgrown traditional leadership development.

What is covered in this series?

Across three transformative 2-day intensives, you will unpack the hidden patterns, nervous system load and structural blind spots that quietly erode leadership performance over time and learn how to lead with presence, rhythm and strength across every domain of life.

Part 1 | Leading Under Pressure

The Leadership Pattern Quadrant™ | Sun 21 - Mon 22 June 2026
A diagnostic model locating the four leadership pattern states. When pressure rises, so do our patterns. Learn to recognise how over-functioning, control, detachment or withdrawal show up in yourself and others — and how they impact relationships, team culture and performance. Gain a practical framework to shift these dynamics in real time, whether you're in the boardroom, navigating conflict or leading at home.

Part 2 | Leadership Rhythm & Capacity Management

The Leadership Flow Circle™ | Sun 30 - Mon 31 August 2026
A sustainability model that shows how leaders maximise empowered states and impact at the self and team levels. Leadership fatigue rarely comes from failure, it comes from stacking overload. More responsibility. More people. More decisions. More complexity.
This intensive focuses on rhythm, how to build a sustainable performance model that protects your nervous system, energy and leadership clarity no matter what pressures your are facing.
Walk away with a system for sustainable capacity, rooted in nervous system regulation and grounded executive rhythm.

Part 3 | Leading Complex Systems

The Leadership Unity Triangle™ | Sun 1 - Mon 2 November 2026
A systemic model that unpacks the sweet spot between engagement and alignment for maximum impact at the team, organisation or societal level. At this level, leadership is no longer about tasks, it is about holding complexity. From teams and partnerships to business models and markets, you will learn how to architect leadership systems that scale innovation and transformation sustainably. Design structures that hold people, performance and wellbeing, while protecting your own leadership longevity.
